Organization
The responsibility of the organization of the trips/tours/activities is given to Hearts&Journeys Agency, however, some activities are done in partnership with other companies, who are responsible for the activity.
Booking/Reservation
In order to guarantee your reservation for full packages, the client will have to make 100% payment at time of booking. For leisure activities or volunteer programs the customer can choose to pay by bank transfer at the time of booking or pay on the day of the activity.
Replaced
The customer may transfer his package to someone or be replaced within 20 days before the trip, informing the agency and all main suppliers must accept the replacement. The replacement may require additional charges to be paid later.
Cancellation
If you booked a full pack, any cancellation will produce cancellation fees in the total price of the trip:
- Superior to 15 Days, penalty of 40 % of the total price of the package
- Between 15 and 7 days, penalty of 60 % of the total price of the package
- Less than 7 days, penalty of 100% of price of the package
If you booked a leisure activity or a volunteer program:
- Superior to 2 days, no penalty
- Less than 2 days, penalty of 100% of price
