The volunteer activity will be taken place in the farm and will be simple activities made in the vineyards or related with wine production.

Accommodation

Quinta do Vallado, established in 1716, is a design hotel surrounded by a vineyard. The picturesque garden contains an outdoor pool and sun terrace. There are plenty of options to explore the region with hiking trails and river fishing nearby. The hotel’s bicycles can be used free of charge. Quinta do Vallado is the perfect place for wine lovers, to relax and to have contact with nature.

Day 1 Arrival day

Check-in

Dia 2 – Adventure in Arouca

9:30 – Meeting point at the front desk of the hotel to go to the volunteering action.

Duration: around 3 hours, protection and reforestation in Arouca natural Park, all equipment is included.

* Note: Use comfortable clothes and shoes for the volunteer activity.

13:30 – Return to hotel

Lunch at pre – established restaurant

15:30 – Rafting in Arouca river.

Day 3 – Adventure in Arouca

9:30 – Meeting point at the front desk of the hotel to go to the volunteering action.
